This appears to be the height of journalistic malpractice.
On September 13, CNN political reporter Peter Hamby sent an Obama campaign donation request form to his Twitter followers:

Went to Peter’s twitter — the douchebaggery was overwhelming.
I’m shocked I tell you. Shocked!
I like it that they are frantic about Obama having to spend money in states they thought they had sewn up
I bet they even need to campaign in CA and NY this year
That will spread his funding even thinner, and GOP will not even have to bother in firm GOP states.
I dont like the term red state/ blue state- prior to 2004 Demoicraps were always known by commie RED.
Ryan just called Florida “the breadbasket of the South” ... phrase has Civil War origins. Florida a major supplier food to the Confederacy

CNN Reporters Call CPAC a Conservative Petri Dish
By Brent Baker | February 09, 2012 | 14:50
Shortly before noon Thursday, live from the Conservative Political Action Conference (CPAC), CNN political reporter Peter Hamby described the gathering as a conservative petri dish to measure how Mitt Romney is received and how his challengers are received too. Anchor Suzanne Malveaux chimed in: I love that, conservative petri dish. Thats a great way to describe it.
A petri dish is defined as a shallow circular dish with a loose-fitting cover, used to culture bacteria or other microorganisms. As if conservatives are some kind of organism in a contained space to be studied from above by the scientists at CNN for our harmful effects. Were not the Ebola virus, but that seems as if its how CNN sees conservatives. Video below.

His twitter feed is regularly full of snark re: Romney.
I e-Mailed CNN lets see if they act?
Yellow journalism is alive, albeit now pushing liberalism.
With luck it will repeat history and go away for another 70 years.
than CNN has viewers.

I actually don’t have any problem with a journalist supporting 0bama. What I have a problem with is when that journalist pretends that he is objective and non-partisan.
What I’d really like to see is for every journalist to state his/her position on the candidates and issues. I am sick of the leftwing media claiming they are objective and unbiased when in fact they are about 10:1 (maybe more) in the tank for the Democrats.
Not even a mention of the Ambassador- Prioroties
Hang a reporter. Oh, sorry, I meant HANG THE REPORTERS, FULL STEAM AHEAD.
In another vocation/profession analogous behavior would be met with instant termination. This man is a damned liar every time he identifies himself as a report.
reporter.
Which is the reason I've been calling them "the ministry of propaganda" for some time now.
They've given up all pretenses of being objective.

>> Journalism is dead
It was really never alive until recently if you think about it. But because of today’s diverse sources of info, the ironically ‘traditional’ media has ratcheted up the stakes exponentially.
Partisan Media Shill ping. What a POS this touch-hole is. Thanks maggief.
Ryan was speaking to Florida but it's Shenandoah Valley of Virginia that is and was known as the "Bread Basket of the South" during the Civil War.
Hambry was clearly fed a talking-point and ran with it without vetting.
