You’re fortunate; I know people much younger than he is who are in worse shape, some with dementia, some full-blown Alzheimer’s. Pray you never have to suffer that.

LOL, the man is in his early 80s. Sorry, I didn't realize he was that old. I'm 86. I still think he could speak better.

No worries, FRiend. And I have no doubt you’d do a better job.

“The humor was classy” WHAT? Did you watch his act? Twice insinuating telling someone to go f themselves? CLASSY?

Unfortunately, that is where my standards and society's standards have gone over the past few years. By insinuating and not actually saying it, he stayed in the top few percent of modern humor in speeches.

Here are the two groups who DIDN’T like Clint’s speech:

Democrats and the MSM who fear Clint’s influence on swing voters, and

Anti-abortion Republicans who hate that Clint isn’t.

All the rest of us LOVED him!!!!

He articulated perfectly..., you are the best. And we should not ever forget that.

And when somebody does not do the job, we got to let them go.

Passing the bar doesn’t make you a lawyer. You still have no facility with the practice of law until you actually do it.

He passed the bar exam and was admitted to the Michigan bar. Only lawyers are admitted to the bar, so someone who is admitted to the bar is a lawyer.

Are you being obtuse on purpose, or do you really not get it. Clint's comment, which is the context we are discussing this here, is that we don't need people who have only been lawyers in office. We need business people. Mitt did not practice as an attorney. He "practiced" as a business guy for many decades. So he holds a law degree? So what. If you hold a PGA Tour Card but you run a business instead of playing golf, you are not a golfer, you are a business man?

Do you get it yet?

Was anyone really moved by this rambling hem-haw of a alzheimer moment?

Eastwood's performance was simply over your head. There should have been another empty chair next to him for you.

Perhaps one day, if you eat all of your peas and pick up your toys, someone will explain the nuance of his delivery to you.

Vintage Eastwood at it best!!!

Too bad the Democrat, liberal, dirt bags do not have a clue!!!

Excerpts from Eastwoods, “The Outlaw Josey Wales”: “whooped ‘em agin, didn’t we Josey!!!” And....from Grannie Hawkins: “ya kin pay me agin when you see me”, Josey Wales!!! And......from the Indian chief to Grandma, “little lady, hell is comin to breakfast, this morning”!!!

From last night, If he, (Obama) don’t do the job, let him go!!! Like I said, vintage Clint Eastwood. Terrific!!! God Bless America!!! ABO = Anybody but Obama!!!

“And now Politico, Ben Smith and CNN are all talking about how they intend to use Eastwood as way to overwhelm Mitt Romney’s speech in the coming days.”

The vast majority of the media coverage will be on Eastwood, not Romney’s speech. Another convenient deflection for the King.

You win today’s left brain type B nerd type thinker award. Straining gnats and ignoring camels.

You just don’t get it at all. “Man’s gotta know his limitations....”

Think about it.

Words mean things. I know that when the truth doesn’t comport with your views it can be pretty scary, but sooner or later you’ll come to the conclusion that ignorance isn’t something that shouldn’t be embraced.

Think about it.

Words mean things, but context does too. The difference is, I understand both here and you are sitting on 50%.

In this case, the context of contrasting Mitt as a businessman to Obama as a lawyer was 100% valid. That Mitt has a license to practice law does not change one bit his experience in business. Nor does it change the fact that Obama has no business experience. Nor does it change the fact that having someone from the free enterprise system in the Oval Office is a good thing.

Only a left brained bureaucrat type would get all caught up in the technical language of who has what piece of paper in this scenario. Words mean things, but CONTEXT MEANS EVERYTHING. And since I do not particularly get along well with the type B left brain bureaucrat personality, we are done here. By the way, I make a lot of fun of this type in my book. You won’t like it.

Yeah, I felt like most of his presentation was an embarrassment. The crowd seemed to cut him an enormous amount of slack, though.

WTH? Extreme Barf Alert! I went to your Breitbart link, and there was a political ad for Obama playing in the background with Bill Clinton talking. I took only a very brief glance around the page for a source icon and could not find it.
