I can’t believe he went back a second time to confront that girl again. The guy is unhinged, out of control, and needs a restraining order against him.
I tried to watch his video of the so called apology...I lasted about twenty sconds and when I saw the thing was going to go on for another SEVEN MINUTES I hit cancel. The man is an a#$ wipe

He went back after his first confrontation? For what? Did he try to confront her again? If I were her, I would look into a restraining order, in case public reaction to his actions is escalating his lunacy.
That was no apology. And apology would have lasted 30 seconds, tops, and he would have taken full responsibility for his actions. And maybe an additional 15 seconds to apologize for the shame he brought to his family and employer.
It was a screed trying to justify his unjustifiable actions.

She actually asked him to stop video taping her, because he was making her uncomfortable. But he continued with his rant at her. Harris Faulkner, on "Red Eye," said that this might be civilly actionable for harassment.
She was polite and composed throughout his attack, but she did tell him that he made her uncomfortable by videotaping her.

Sorry, I have to disagree. Given that he's still "explaining" what happened (Isn't he just making excuses for his reprehensible behavior?), I seriously doubt that he's learned anything at all from this incident.
We already have one FOOD CZAR and one FOOD QUEEN.
He (Smith) is a Liberal. He hasn't learned a thing.
