It’s a sign of insanity. No union among men or their states for that matter can ever be anymore prefect than the members there to.

The only real question is that union mutually beneficial and/or consented to by all parties thereto. On that question there can be no doubt about a union Lincoln resorted to the sword to force together.

No the union among these “united” States is nether perfectible nor consented to.
