Do not think that Benedict Arnold Roberts, the unethical Kagan and their liberal activist cohorts have done the Democrats a favor. The ruling concerning Medicaid expansion, likely will have the effect of blowing the whole thing out of the water. The cost of Obamacare will skyrocket if States opt out of the Medicaid expansion, which at least 26 are likely to do.
Without the Medicaid expansion, individuals under 133% of poverty not eligible for traditional Medicaid would now qualify – and need – the full subsidy under Obamacare exchanges. This means that the law is not paid for. In fact, it could not have obtained the CBO blessing originally proferred and would not have been enacted.
Most importantly, this means Obamacare can be repealed under Reconciliation with 51 senators!!!!
Only with a Republican president who won't veo the repeal.
If Roberts didn’t do ho a favor why are you calling him Benedict Arnold?
Are the supreme court justices under Obamacare too or do they have their own healthcare plan for life like congress?
And if they do have their own plan, how can they rule on something like this?
Roberts is a traitor, becuase he masked himself as a Constitutionalist, a conservative non-activist, sympathetic to originalist thought. He is a fraud. By the by, the real fight now should be to limit the taxing authority of the Federal Government by COnstiututional Amendment.
Roger Taney was the Chief of the Supreme Court that ruled Dred Scott to be a Non-Person. John "Roger Taney" Roberts ruled that the Federal Government can Tax you for merely being a Citizen of this country.
Serfdom to the Federal Government.
But how many senators will it take to authorize to VOTE on the reconciliation? 60? or 51?
Never thought I’d see the Supreme Court transformed into the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals. This makes it even more important to have candidates who will work to overcome this flawed law robbing us of life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness. If Obama is re-elected and allowed to appoint additional justices, the Supreme Court and American way of life will be lost for generations and possibly forever. I look forward to seeing if the Republicans have a viable plan to reverse this travisty of justice, possibly even considering the impeachment of Supreme Court Justices.

"CBO is in the process of reviewing the Supreme Court’s decision related to the Affordable Care Act to assess the effect on CBO’s projections of federal spending and revenue under current law. We expect that this assessment will probably take some time."
