The reality of our situation is this: Unless we get somebody who will actually arrest Obama and his whole fugly crew, we have no rule of law. None of the laws make ANY DIFFERENCE.
So who is willing to do what needs to be done? If nobody, then this country is over.

The cheapest alternative for Arizona, then, is to bus them to Washington, D.C., and release them on the streets in front of HS so that Homeland Security can deal with them.

Jan Brewer should direct all Arizona law enforcement agencies not to render ANY assistance to Homeland Security, the FBI, Secret Service, etc. in response.
Someone help me out here. Why can’t 1) the arresting AZ authorities transport the detainees back to a border monitored by private citizens to prevent re-entry, and/or 2) charge the illegals with felony identity theft? And isn’t it a felony to resist arrest?
I think that tragic case in South Carolina where the mother of a kid run down and killed by a drunk illegal alien was sent a bill for cleaning his blood off the street should probably go viral now, if you know what I mean.
