In the event this bastard Obama isn’t re-elected, I wouldn;t put it past him and his supporters to stage a civil war to try and keep him in pawer.
He is a dangerous demagogue, a narcissistic sociopath in my book. Obama is the very kind of individual the Founding Fathers were anticipating when they created the Bill of Rights and the separation of powers concept.
It appears that SCOTUS has determined that the States do not have the authority to cary out the responsibilities of the Federal Government in the event the individual running the Federal Government elects not to do so.
So, Federal Law reamins in the pruview of the Federal Government entirely.
We need another amendment to the Constitution which states in effect that if a Federal Law or Statute exists, and the individual running the Federal Government - like this villain - elects to ignore his responsibility in enforcing said statue or law may be enforced by the States.
The recklessness of this group of outlaws will only ramp up this summer if they start to figure he isn’t winning in Nov. This dude is NOT going quietly. He’s going to lash out at every section of American life and destroy whatever he can. I just can’t imagine what a second term, without re-election worries, would look like. Breathtakingly scary.
I am still not convinced there will BE another election but if there is, the Marxists will win by theft/election fraud.
In my opinion, we have already gone over the proverbial cliff and no matter who is elected, the damage cannot be undone.
