The top story this morning at memeorandum is the one about Maricopa County, Arizona Sheriff Joe Arpaio arresting a six year old illegal immigrant girl. If you just read the headline and excerpt you might be led to believe that this little girl was arrested all by herself, but that’s not the case. She was arrested with 15 others who crossed the border illegally.
The arrest took place Friday night at an undisclosed location in northern Maricopa County.“It was part of a human-smuggling investigation that we’ve been investigating throughout the Valley,” Hegstrom said.
The whereabouts of the girl’s parents or other caretakers is unknown. All of the people traveling with her claimed to know nothing about the girl.
“Where was she going? What are they going to do with her? We’re trying to get to the bottom of this right now,” Sheriff Joe Arpaio said.
All of the other suspected illegal immigrants, who claimed to be from Mexico, were booked into jail.
I wonder why they didn’t go with the headline “Six Year Old Girl Saved From Illegal Human Smuggling Operation.” I guess because it wouldn’t have fit the narrative.

If a person enters the country illegally, it shouldn’t make any difference how old the person is. Either we close the border or we don’t. Send them all back. Eisenhower sent millions back. It can be done again.
The media can make a story appear to be what they want just by the headline they write. The MSM always puts their distorted slant in their headlines.
The take-away from this story is AZ Central should be taken about as seriously as MAD Magazine.

Maybe the girl was on the way to be sold to a child molester?
Does this mean that obama is going to give her a work permit?
To begin with I seriously doubt she was arrested, detained would have to be more accurate. Rescued from human traffickers is even more accurate. Not that the media wants to be accurate when it comes to illegal immigration.
Why shouldn’t a 6 year old illegal immigrant be arrested?
We saved her life most likely or at least her virginity
Because AZ Central is part of the AZ Republic/12 News(NBC) cabal. They have a tendency to slant things to the left.
