For the citizens of Denton County Texas, District 64, in the Republican Primary this Tuesday, May 29, Vote for Mike Brucia, the only true conservative, constitutional, Republican candidate.......whereas his opponent may have a {R} by her name but she's just as liberal as Boxer, Feinstein, Pelosi & Wasserman-Schultz!
Why is she running in the Republican primary, then?
Why is she running in the Republican primary, then?
Don’t know a thing about her politics but she has been elected six times so the locals must approve of her.
DallasBiff posted that she is as left wing as Pelosi and Wasserman Schulze.
How in Texas is that possible...run and win as a Republican, and be that bad??
I don’t get it.
Because there are a few {R}’s that are R.I.N.O. Republican In Name Only-—No better than some of the Lefty Libs!

She’s done nothing for us conservative constitutional republicans, she’s rich & old & very liberal, its her time to go——Vote Mike Brucia—some one fresh & new!
You aren’t prone to answering honest queries other than with bumper sticker bromides.
Waste.of.my.time.
If she gets her way on smoking bans it will only stoke her meglomania, just like Michael Bloomberg, and that is why IMO she is not worthy of office.
It's all about her, and not about personal liberty.
See reply #9.
Oh you are a blind one aren't you.
Ms. Crownover is as much anti-smoking as is Michael Bloomberg and after she is done with smoking, she will come after guns and food. That's the way she is, just like Michael Bloomberg and Michelle Obama, a meglomaniac.
Now, since you claim she is as bad as Pelosi, try giving us the rest of the policy positions/actions of hers that truly support your contention that she is as bad as Pelosi and other creeps.
Being and pushing anti-smoking is her core, a statist. Like I basically said before she has the core of a Michael Bloomberg, Michelle Obama, Nancy Pelosi, etc.
I remember now what her fault was/is.......
Smoke, smoke, smoke that cigarette
Puff, puff, puff until you smoke yourself to death.
Tell St. Peter at the Golden Gate
That you hate to make him wait,
But you just gotta have another cigarette.
At least the new one has a good endorsement in Dick Armey imo.
What? Are you saying she’s a smoker?
That’s her fault?
Or she’s against smoking?
deport, ya lost me.
Oh, it’s easy to find Brucia’s good endorsements.
Just google him and they are there out the wazoo.
I was just wondering how someone who is allegedly as liberal as Pelosi and Wasserman Schulze was making it as a congressional rep in Texas AS A REPUBLICAN.
And no, I don’t need to be informed about the existence of RINOS.
That doesn’t answer my question in this case. Who is she, how did she get elected and re-elected, what has she done that defines her in office, etc and why, suddenly, she’s GOT to go?
I don’t live in that district, so it’s not a personal interest for me.
And there’s plenty of stuff out there on Brucia.
HER name is Myra Crownover. She appears to have banking and oil drilling connections. Found that on the internet. Native of Colorado City, TX. Husband deceased. Four kids. Education degree from SMU.
On the surface, banking and oil drilling wouldn’t suggest liberalism...esp. if it’s small town banking as opposed to one of the too big to fail ones, which it seems to be.
But maybe the education degree from SMU is key to unlocking the mystery.
Who knows?
Or shes against smoking?
Yep, apparently that’s the reason she has to go. Here’s a thread from a couple days ago.

Thanks for the link.
Just sayin’, though, there has to be more than THAT, to justify calling her as liberal as Pelosi and Debbie Blabbermouth.
Had a thought. Maybe her deceased husband smoked and had a smoking related condition.
That can turn someone into an anti smoking zealot.
My position on that is to maximize freedom from government control.
I’m strongly against smoking, for health reasons, but a government that is powerful enough to control the use of a legal product and even to benefit from taxing it, while it rails against its use, is powerful enough to think it can control every aspect of people’s lives.
