I have seen the videos that were posted but still I don’t have a clue what this guy is doing besides using the court system to harass conservatives, maybe? It is all written for those who know the back story but nothing that brings a new comer up to date on the back story.
What is the story of this guy vs. conservatives? I already understand that he is dangeroubecauseue of the Speedway Bombings in the 70’s.
My two pet peeves are posts without background and photos of less-than-familiar faces without identification.

I provided links in the post that should give a sufficient enough backstory. But long story short: Kimberlin has made threats to a Conservative blogger (R.S. McCain) and his family, and the blogger felt compelled to have to leave his house because of the nature of the threats.
Its more than frivolous lawsuits being filed; someone associated with him made sure blogger “Patterico” was home and then called the cops claiming there was a crime in progress at his house, a crime serious enough to warrant sending in the SWAT team. Check out today’s thread on this punk Kimberlin.
