Hidalgo County Sheriff Guadalupe ‘Lupe’ Treviño said Hernandez’s claims about the level of infiltration by drug cartels in the Valley are greatly exaggerated. Well, now you know who is being paid to look the other way so that the cartels can infest the valley.
