A Quinnipiac poll in April showed Chris Christie as the most popular potential Republican vice-presidential candidate, thanks to his budget cuts and standing up to government employees unions. But the governor of New Jersey has a problem, specifically an Islam problem, that can and should get in the way of his possible ascent to higher office. Time and again he has sided with Islamist forces against those who worry about safeguarding American security and civilization.

I’m glad to hear that he’s making sure the true citizens that keep things running (middle class) are being taken care of.
However, Islam doesn’t mesh well with others - I used to visit my Aunt in northern Jersey during the summers as a kid - up in Closter...nice area!

He has no choice; his Dem predecessor publicly admitted that without illegal aliens NJ has lost population (we just lost an electoral vote). The tax burden drove out businesses, and they were followed by the taxpayers that worked for them.

Closter is very nice; that is the wealthiest part of the state.
The areas of NJ that have the most Muslims (like those that have the most Hispanics) would have been ghost towns without them; they don’t assimilate, but in general they don’t cause problems either.
