The change, getting back to the constitution, has to be done “consitutionally”. That is what I meant by that sentence.
I have no intention of “changing the constitution” I want the changes we must make to the current sorry state of affairs, which have strayed from the constitution, to be carried out constitutionally.
Hope that clarifies it for you.
'The Constitution has not moved'....it still stands on it's own....men have chosen to bypass or ignore it. It's still there.. and still shining in the hearts and minds of those who love this Nation...and some even in our government who hold to it's truths still.
If we remove men who do not hold to our constitution and who understand we the people are not to be "ruled", rather our government is to "serve" the people the Constitution will stand where it always has... on it's own.
If anything needs to be done our Congress needs to be reformed to once again reflect the people not the purse and certainly not with positions lasting a lifetime......
Well the 'only way' that can be done is as determined already, by Constitutional amendment. Congress or the states can initiate that.... then the amendment has to be ratified by a fixed number of states before it takes effect... it can also be changed at a "Constitutional Convention,"... but none have been done that way since the 1700s.
