I feel partly responsible for this thread and how far it’s gone but it IS good and I’m glad people got a chance to express their opinions.

But that’s the thing, everyone that has replied to this thread IS a pro-life, pro-family, pro-limited government, pro-constitution, pro-liberty, pro-tea party Republican.
We all are. There is no doubt about it. The only difference is that we differ on one simple thing and it has nothing to do with the above.
Obama cannot be re-elected. Even with an all GOP Senate and all GOP House. He will simply issue executive orders and do an end run around them. This can not stand. The nation cannot take another four years.
Mao Tse Tung and Stalin would be less of a threat then Obama.
I will not vote for an abortionist/homosexualist/statist for president. And I will not put up a yard sign for him at my home or on my website. That’s just the way it is and no one should be shocked. RINOs be damned. We are the resistance!!

Yes, Romney is anything but what any of us here wanted. He is a (fill in the blank with a hundred profane descriptors). But he is not the devil incarnate Obama hates America with every fiber of his being and intends to destroy it. Four years of Romney will be bad with more leftist, socialist programs. Four more years of Obama will end America. Conservatism will be criminalized in many ways. There will be speech and thought crimes. Public criticism of the Regime will be shut down. Government programs and benefits will be used to reward supporters and severely punish opponents. Picture health care being prioritized by political support, for instance. He**, I can even see figurative (or real) pictures of fields with the skulls of buried conservatives like the killing fields of Cambodia. Think long and hard about what we do with the choice in November. There might not be another choice.
