Another factor is ambivalence, that is holding two opposing emotions at the same time.
What I see is ambivalence on the part of the Counter Culture of The Left, (CCOTL).
In order to achieve their goals, the CCOTL MUST destroy all vestiges of resistance to what order that THEY want to impose on Society.
Their goal then is to establish THEMSELVES as the sole authorities of Societal Mores, that must be obeyed without hesitation.
Hence, the ambivalence: they HATE the present system of order, that allows for freedom of speech, and at the same time LOVE their system of order which will deny freedom of speech.
All of us went through this phase of ambivalence as we left the nest. It is just part of changing from a child to an adult. It is a juvenile way of looking at the World.
The grown-ups of the CCOTL are still holding onto their juvenile security blankets of ambivalence, and few among them have the courage to discard the contradictory values of the CCOTL and join in supporting the fundamental values of this Republic.
The OWS are the obvious Brown Shirts of the CCOTL, but their leaders are the Democrats in Congress and the White House. Currently the base voter support for this ideology of the Counter Culture Of The Left is above 40 %, according to current opinion polls.
The RINO Political Party hasn’t got a chance, as they are now currently bowing to a mere Reid in the wind - - - - .

At the 56 minute mark in the video, there is discussion of an EMP attack. Bill Forstchen, author of “One Second After”, states cities will have food for 21-28 days and that 90% of American will die within 12-18 months after such an attack. He further discusses how our enimies have been testing their missiles to bring about an EMP attack and that one would be a first strike with a fatal blow as it would result in no recovery time.

This is perhaps the most maddening part of the Freeper equation. Yeah, we know it. How many are we? 0.1% of the American Electorate? Perhaps the 20% or so of the American Public that can still read and does, knows it... or could know it.
The rest? Who the heck knows what they know, or how they are going to vote? $4/gal gas, 15% unemoloyment, and still ... as the result of racial politics, illegal immigration, die-hard support, fraud and the arithmetic of big state electoral votes, Obama II is a very real possibility.
I detest artificial flavor of the month plain vanilla aerated freeze RINO Romney with an insane passion. Yet, I will vote for him if he is the nominee. And, I call for us to double down Tea-Party for the next mid-term after the election. And the one after that.

I find no comfort in that statement. Hillary Clinton is part of the problem...It was the Clintons who opened wide the gate!....it's like asking the Fox to make sure the hen house is secure!

We have a ‘unconcerned society’, it’s that simple. So they are uninformed overall. You can get real news of what’s happening from overseas than you can in our media....what does that say.

Regardless if Romney gets this...he has a huge learning curve...running a country is not the same as running a business....he won't have the time to stop the trajectory we're on....the breaks are far to squishy and you can't turn this fast enough.....we will hit the wall. The best we can do is prepare for impact IMO.
