We are at war with international terrorism. Targeted killing is just another aspect of war. If we had bombed Hitler’s hideout while he was there, would that have been condemned as a targeted killing of a country’s leader?

Hitler was the leader of a country called Germany against which we declared war.

"International terrorism" is as legally defined as "the bad guys."

From the point of view of the LAW, these issues are extremely important, especially since the are used to justify the use of military force against those they are alleged against.

"Slippery slope" doesn't even begin to describe the dangers taking these concepts lightly represents. A perfect example is TSA's hands down the pants and literally groping the genitals of men, women and children - and that's just the beginning.

Meanwhile these terrorists e.g. mullahs regime operate according to their own Laws!
Besides, am wondering why no-one in over 3 decades has tried to eliminate any of the top mullahs or IRI officials, while IRI has successfully conducted targeted assassinations & attacks in the West? For the latter especially on Jewish & American interests.
