Yes it is my understanding that in the beginning either Martin’s mother or father denied it was Martin yelling for help.....then the lawyers got a hold of them.

the father apaprently told investigators that was ‘definately not’ his son- but I’m sure he’ll now be claiming he ‘misheard’ the tape
