If I were him I’d be suing the black panthers, Sharpton, Jackson and some in the MSM who ignored the facts and were quick to condemn our FL laws , the justice system and Zimmerman.

Ideally, but in fact the police have the means to suppress or fabricate evidence if they choose to, and thus determine the outcome of a trial or even determine if a trial takes place. This is why police officers are required to testify in court like any other witness, as opposed to just taking the evidence and their statements at face value.

He sure can. In fact, because he's not a public figure, he is spared the necessity of proving malicious intent, which is the high legal bar set for most libel cases. When this is over, he can go to town on all of them, whoever has the deepest pockets.

what this has shown besides the obvious like obama, race baiters and a wanna be gangster is that we have some freepers who came on here right away attacking Zimmerman and saying he was guilty and it also shows that we have those same freepers which I would never want on my jury or that they are taken in by the MSM even knowing that the MSM is left wing.

First off who is this "wanna-be" gangster you are referring to? And if you want to discuss "wannabe's" perhaps you need to include Zimmerman in the "wannabe" group as he has exhibited all the signs of being a "wannabe" cop.

Still one question remains unanswered: Why did Zimmerman leave his truck to follow or otherwise confront Martin? Wasn't Zimmerman WARNED not to follow Martin by the police dispatcher? Why did Zimmerman choose not to take that advice?

The case seems to be easy to make that had Zimmerman just WATCHED instead of choosing to pursue Martin the gun play would never have occurred?

As I said last week, 'If there is new information that will make me change my mind, I'll say I was wrong.' This is it. Last week, I thought Martin was innocent, now, when Zimmerman said that Martin attacked him, now I'll say that Martin is wrong and so is Zimmerman. (911 told Zimmerman not to follow him, but he did).

If Treyvon was my son, (he would have a normal name) if he was suspended from school, his cell phone would be off and him walking around would not be happening.
