You nailed it there my friend! I saw this story on Fox & Friends this morning and they were blaming the speech writers, but I agree with you. It's not the speech writers...It's the speech giver...Without the teleprompter the writers have no choice but to give Obama the same repetitive catch phrases so he won't screw it up.

The only time he speaks well without his teleprompter is when he’s using Arabic phrases - thoroughly proficient.
