Limbaugh apologizes to law student for insult

WASHINGTON (AP) -- Conservative talk show host Rush Limbaugh apologized Saturday to a Georgetown University law student he had branded a "slut" and "prostitute" after fellow Republicans as well as Democrats criticized him and several advertisers left his program.

The greater the mayhem and chaos in this world, the better it is for the likes of Rush, Hannity and other “conservative” talkshow hosts.

They are all sponsors of the “smoke and mirrors” world that we live in. Order and peace in this world would spell disaster for them.

For a man who makes his living via the spoken word, and is not hesitant to chastise politicians for giving the media and opposing politicians negative “soundbites”...Rush stepped in it, in this instance.

Is Fluke really an ignorant slut?
It appears to be a distinct possibility.
According to some published bios, she did at one time speak against sex slavery trafficking, but she also reportedly signed up to take classes at a specific private college solely because the college did not provide health insurance that included “reduced cost contraceptives” for students and faculty members.

Rush has a wife. He’s apparently been chickified. He made a remark on the radio that he obviously didn’t have PERMISSION to make! So he’s had to try to walk it back. Sad.

I completely agree with you. I wish Rush had apologized early on and let it go. This woman may be a useful idiot for the Left but calling her a slut for being single, using contraception and having sex is nonsense. I suspect Kathryn was using contraception and having sex before she and Rush got married. The only difference is that Kathryn didn’t expect the taxpayers to pay for hers. But that difference doesn’t make Fluke a slut.

Rush also talked about Fluke in such a weird way, saying she must be having a lot of sex because she needed a lot of contraception. That’s not the way most contraception works.

Last week was just a bad week.
