There's no doubt Santorum has been a rhetorical warrior in the war against infanticide and there's no doubt he has sponsored substantial legislation to support that position.
But it appears not every vote was true to cause, similar to most Republicans.
However, Santorum stands on his claim to perfection on this issue, therefore the accusation, if not proven untrue, is valid commentary here.
