CNN reported back in 1999 that Newt’s college course that the Democrats tried to make hay out of in saying it was a major ethics violation was vindicated and proved legitimate by the IRS:

CNN advances the theme of the conrolled chaos of Obama vs the panicked chaos delivered by the Republican Party imploding, in open warfare against their base.

Like they did with Sarah Palin, Democrats used their standard tactic of dumping over 400 bogus ethics violations on Newt to paralyze the Speaker's office and to bankrupt him personally. Of course it worked because it wasn't long before members of his own party ( Joe Scarborough and friends) started screaming Newt and his "ethics problems" were a distraction and he should go. Just like Sarah, he went, rather than harm the revolution he masterminded.

The New York Times ran front page hit pieces on the "violations" for 62 days in a row. When he was exonerated, it was buried in the back pages.

For his bravery in standing up to the Left after their campaign of obliteration against him, he deserves to be President.

This is a play out of Alinsky's Rules for Radicals. Repeat an untrue meme until the people think it is true.

IMO Newt is setting the MSM and Romney up for exposure. Remember last week when he mention Alinsky? (CNN had a segment on it as the debate started last night)

He called out the media last week and was encouraged by the support of WE THE PEOPLE.

Last night, he warned Mitt: I know what you're doing and it won't work.

Expect him to tie it all together soon and Professor Gingrich will educate the American people regarding how it all fits together.......I hear the Gaelic war-pipes warming up!

The CNN was just a wikipedia version: Who Alinsky was, when it lived, mention of the book and the steps. It did not go into what they were or what their goal was......that being said it was again dragging the bait though the intellectual trailer park.
