Can the U.S. Department of Justice fail to prosecute federal law-breakers?
(Jan. 23, 2012) — Numerous graphics, typesetting, Adobe® and scanning professionals have claimed that the long-form birth certificate image bearing the alleged details of Barack Hussein Obama II’s birth presented to the public on April 27, 2012 is a forgery. If that is the case, which federal statutes have been violated, if any, by placing the image on federal government property?How many people might have participated in the crime, and what might the penalties be?
If the Hawaii Department of Health has been obfuscating the fact that they have no birth certificate bearing Obama’s name, or that what they have is falsified, of which crime(s) are they guilty?
If people within the Democrat National Committee or Democrat Party knew that identity theft had been committed and a “synthetic identity” presented to the American people as a ruse to win a presidential election, are they guilty of conspiracy?
If Obama ran for president under a false identity with a fabricated life story, was he ever really the President?

The most recent COLB in either form presented by Obozo and his minions is clearly “conjured” out of multiple documents.
A detailed examination of the .pdf copies indicate it is not a single pass scanned document at all....
It is very very doubtful that an “original” document actually exists.
Some say the real issue is the birth name. If it had been that simple, long ago it would have been presented.
There is no verifiable history of BHO, Jr. (aka Barry Soetoro, Steve Dunham?, Harrison J. Bounel, or whatever alias this chameleon has assumed.)

Obama can do anything he wants. He has an Attorney General that doesn’t prosecute “his people”.
The forward mentions the road to serfdom involves passive people, who think facts can be eliminated by keeping their eyes shut. They , expect to be innocent of moral responsibility.

of course, the circus over the BC takes the attention from the real issue. the citizenship of his father at the time of this birth. the BC is the only official document to show the nationality... which is why people needed it. pushing the forgery is probably so people lose sight of the true issue
The regime operated by Dumb and Dumber is long past due for a RICO indictment. Not that it would ever happen, but it is no less true.
Where there is absolute proof that a forgery exists, it does NOT preclude trotting out supporters who are "experts" to testify to the opposite claims, and one only need look at Global Warming to see the situation where ideology drives Expert Testimony, and the MINDSET of the Judge or Jury determines the outcome....NOT COMMON SENSE or FACTS.
