How could anyone on twitter or otherwise be trying to push up Santorum’s debate performance. It was one of the worst I have seen this campaign season. His visuals were bad. Shaking his head when others were talking. Sounded petty at times. All bad debate 101 stuff.
His SOPA answer and reasons were horrible. But hey, thats policy stuff.
Worst thing of the nite.... his answer about his returns being on his computer and his wife couldn’t print them off. LOL. Dog ate my homework. That was a Rick Perry moment. (and I support(ed) Perry)
I’ve always like Santorum, but he did one thing tonight that I thought was pretty low....well several, but this one stuck in my craw.
He and Newt were certainly partners in the GOP takeover in 1994. But not only did he give Newt no credit (when he clearly deserves most of it), but he talked about behind-closed-doors discussions. Really low-rent.
I’d like to see just one person ask this qustion of one of the backstabbers who served with Newt back then:
“If Newt is so unstable, erratic, and undisciplined, how did he even GET to be Speaker over 250 other candidates?”
I now view Santorum pretty much as a scumbag.
