It is not my area of expertise but there is a report that when the responsibility for managing the 10 year census was taken from ther US Dept. of Commerce it was set up inside the Obama White House under one of the "Czars" and staffed by Soros people and former ACORN individuals. They are said to be reworking the US data base developed from the census.

This data base and the census itself is the basis for US political election redistricting. It should not be in the hands of just one political party. There is no end to the mischief possible by the ACORN people messing with the census data.
