Maybe Newt has changed and maybe not, he is my second after Paul, but clearly Paul has been a constitution conservative his entire time in D.C. Consistency over the long haul, even when unpopular, means something.

What makes you say such a ridiculous statement? What has he ever done to make him a constitution conservative?
He talks, but that is all he ever does. He agrees with parts of the Constitution, but feels the parts he doesn't like are unconstitutional, but has he EVER challenged anything he feels unconstitutional? If he felt something was unconstitutional why did he not challenge it?
