Perry may make the decision about whether Newt or Santorum stays in the race.
Perry, I agree, will be done after SC. There’s no reason to debate why; we can just agree that the stars didn’t align correctly for him this time. Often, that’s just the way it is.
Perry’s endorsement will be valuable though, if he issues it quickly after SC (when it has time to impact the Fla race).
Say if Newt or Rick drop out and Perry needs to right now then those two can move to FL and help to defeat Romney
