No. But Bush achieved all the numbers I listed and the Democrats described the situation under Bush as "the worst economy since Hoover".

Now, under Obama, situations which are much, much worse are described as "green shoots", "recovery summer" and "Unexpected improvement".

Obama blames Bush for the situation which Obama has been unable to handle and which he has made much worse.
