He just makes my flesh crawl. Being patronized is bad. Being patronized by a hologram is worse.

Romney is an idiot, but that doesn’t mean that the republican house had the power to force their way with the democrats over this payroll tax thing. They simply didn’t. The dems control the senate and the presidency.

Apparently Mitt isn’t aware that Hamburger Helper requires the addition of ground beef. His family obviously didn’t eat it.

How would Romney know what $40 dollars would do , he has never needed 40 dollars in his life.

I hate when rich people try to tell me how bad off the poor are.

Sounds like Mitt does not put meat in his Hamburger Helper. Wasn’t there a Chevy Chase vacation movie about that once?

Finally maybe it will be getting across to people that the so called 40 that would be more in their paycheck is false lies. This is a extension which means nothing changes in their paycheck for January or February. And by not extended for a year like the House wanted they will see a 40 dollar loss for the remaining year. How does that grab you. So actually what the communists Democrats went for is more taxes by not extended for the whole year. Whoopeeeeeeeeee!

It’s dangerous posting anything on here that in any way can be seen as pro-Romney, but I must say, it looks like he’s trying to distance himself from the “Rich Mitt”, vs. “working class stiff Obama” battle that may very well take shape.

my two cents.

Romney is just repeating Obama's talking points yesterdays press conference lines word for word. He should have trotted out the victims of the 'rich 1%' like Obama did too. Notice he never mentions Social Security funding.

“It’ll be the difference between having a meal that includes meat or just Hamburger Helper,” said Romney

Hes thinking of the $40 steak he gets at the resturant in the $5 BILLION mall...

Romney for Obama in 2011

“White House Quotes Romney in Defense of Health Care”

Mitt Romney Sends Leftover Pizza to Obama Chicago HQ
After spending the day in Chicago fundraising, Mitt Romney
sat down with small business owners at Gino's East,
a pizza joint famous for their deep-dish pizza.
In fact, Romney himself tweeted a photo of a
delivery boy heading out with the loot, writing,
"Great deep dish at @ginoseast.
Sending the extra slices to @barackobama and his Chicago HQ team."

Chihuahua Romney - the One and the Only "Magic RINO(TM)":

ROMNEY: "Obama was born in the United States"

ROMNEY: "Obama Doesn’t Need a Birth Certificate"

ROMNEY: "The citizenship test has been passed"

Milt Romney in 2007

Romney - the Magic RINO:
"I'm not running as the Republican view
or a continuation of Republican values.
That's not what brings me to the race.

(Romney Video, accessed 9/19/07)

"We don't intend to turn the Republican Party
over to the traitors in the battle just ended.
We will have no more of those candidates who are pledged
to the same goals as our opposition and who seek our support.
Turning the Party over to the so-called moderates
wouldn't make any sense at all.""

President Romney, Majority Leader McConnell and Speaker Boehner .......now doesn’t that just scare the hell out of you. We better stop fighting over which candidate is going to run against Obama and start working for our state senators and representatives. If Conservatives control the house and senate, it will not make any difference which one of the candidates (excluding Paul and Obama) is president.

From the first line of the story:

Mitt Romney today said that the $40 ... would make a “very substantial difference” to those who would be without it.

Bull [output]!

That will be eaten up and more in the higher electricity and fuel oil, and natural gas costs resulting from Hussein’s policies:

“Energy prices will necessarily skyrocket.”
