The Arizona 2012 Project hosted special guests during its Monday evening meeting, which drew attendees from across the state.
Chairman Ron Ludders introduced constitutional Attorney Van Irion of the Liberty Legal Foundation (LLF) and Republican presidential candidate John Dummett (pronounced Dumay), the lead plaintiff in a class action complaint filed against the National Democratic Party, challenging president Barack Obama’s eligibility.

Arpaio said the investigation was progressing and stated, “I’ve got a gut feeling there’s a little cover-up … We’re not out to hang anybody. I’m just doing my job.”
Noting MCSO may be the only law enforcement agency in the country looking into the issue Arpaio said even the Republicans don’t like what he’s doing.
He asked, “Why wouldn’t they want to get to the bottom of this?”
While he’s doing the investigation at the behest of the people of Maricopa County, Arpaio said, “If it affects the whole nation, that’s not my fault. I think people deserve to know the real story. Maybe there’s nothing to it. But, I don’t know. It doesn’t look good.”

Questioning why Congress wasn’t looking into the issue, he asked, “Who are you going to bring in, the FBI, the justice department? (met with laughter) I just want to get to the bottom of this to get the truth out.”
He stated what the posse was doing was interesting and said, “My guys are pretty good. Forget the birth certificate. We’re looking at other things. We’re going to do something – I promise you.”
Alluding Obama could conceivably be an illegal alien, which he said was “not that far off,” Arpaio chided the mainstream media for ignoring the issue and said, “I know what I’ll do; I’ll get on Twitter tomorrow and Facebook.”

The number of “birther” issues getting raised across the country is begining to boil. I can’t help but think the Obama camp is getting nervous about all this activity. It makes you wonder what sort of things they’ve been planning as an eventual response. Now that Osama Bin Laden is dead, what other distraction can they dream up to take attention off the elgibility debate??
We have two corrupt parties. One is more corrupt than the other, but (particularly at the leadership level) both are corrupt. Investigating Obama would jostle the lucrative thing the DC insiders have going [w insider trading, etc.] as well as bring to light corruption they need to keep hidden, so of course they want no part of it.
All that is obvious and understandable. What’s not understandable are the Obots who say that because neither party investigated Obama’s BC, it must be authentic. Even if I were a raging moonbat, I’d come up w a better, less ludicrous argument than that.
Identity theft, false swearing, and fraud. Like I have been saying all along. The clock is still ticking and about to run out. If it does, he is home free.

My thoughts regarding the illegal alien status ever since Obama came on the scene. There are an infinite number of avenues Arpaio’s investigation could travel. Man this is one man I would love to have a few beers with.

AMEN! Lolo Soetoro adopted Barack Obama. He became Barry Soetoro, Indonesian National. In 1971-72 the Soetoro adoption was annulled and his name was changed back to Barack Hussein Obama II. An annulled adoption terminates the parental rights of the adoptive parent and restores the parental rights of the birth parent. BHO II was still an Indonesian National after the annulment.
IF Obama naturalized as an American Citizen, he did so in his early 20’s. Otherwise, he’s an illegal alien.
The divorce records between SAD and Lolo would suggest the adoptino was not annulled, at least not prior to the divorce.
Not only was Barry adopted by Lolo Soetoro, but when Stanley Ann brought Barry back to Hawaii in 1971 to have the Kenyan claim him as his son (for a fee), Stanley Ann never bothered to tell Lolo of the arrangement.
In the USA, Barry was Barack Hussein Obama II.
In Indonesia, Barry was Barry “Saebarkah” Soetoro.
Just read the Soetoro/Dunham divorce. Lolo was still acknowledging Barry as his child in 1980.

Your veiled suggestion that the leadership of both parties is willing to sell out the Constitution for political gain is well supported by the record of the past few years, and even the past few days. That is one reason why so many of us wish Sheriff Joe the very best in his endeavor.
IMO, when a lifetime LEO such as Sheriff Joe publicly declares something “doesn’t look good”, it is very likely he already has actionable evidence. Unfortunately, his words “forget the birth certificate” may reflect his conclusion that there is no evidence of a non-U.S. birth, or the means of developing such evidence.
“Unfortunately”, because the American way to end this greatest national fraud is to run the guy out of town on a rail. Instead, any pre-election removal will be accomplished only via political will and a negotiated resignation. “Negotiated”, because Biden holds a pardon power which could cover any foreign student loan fraud and a host of other criminal allegations.
Further, it is not clear that any immigration “irregularities” will prompt a resignation or support impeachment. It is also possible, even if the issue reached the USSC during this term, that any finding regarding the foreign father will only apply to future terms and future candidates.
I.e., we are now paying for and very well may continue to pay handsomely for this fraud for the rest of his life.

Biden’s pardon can not make Obama eligible. All that a pardon does is ameliorate the criminality. IMO Joe’s remark on the BC is that Hawaii will not cooperate with his law enforcement effort. The short of it is that Hawaii can not produce something they do not have. Joe is now likely going in the direction of the SSN and draft fraud by Obama. We have Obama on the “natural born citizen” issue already. The father who he claims as his was never a U.S. citizen. Case closed on that score.
