Two hours after I’m sworn in as President, and by the time Obama lands in Chicago, I will have forty percent of Obama’s government dismantled. - Newt Gingrich

I did not know that Newt said this. I am leaning towards Newt now that Cain has suspended/and or dropped out. However I hope & pray that Newt would in fact do exactly this if he were to win the presidency. That is a bold statement, because so far, socialism in this country has been on the rise for 80 years since FDR, and it has yet to be rolled back by even one iota, no matter which Repub has been president in the last 80 years. The most that has happened is that the socialist train was slowed down somewhat during Reagan's presidency. Otherwise I cannot think of a single gubmint agency or bureacracy or program that has been defunded and eliminated in the past 80 years, no matter which party is power. So I hope & pray that Newt would in fact follow through on this bold statement.

I want to thank Speaker Pelosi for what I regard as an early Christmas gift

The Republicans will do a "tit for tat" if Pelosi spills the beans. I'm pretty sure this is why Pelosi backed off... members of her own party told her to shut her pie hole.

she definitely is doing something unethical by threatening to release confidential ethics committee info on settled cases.

She learned that technique from Obama. He had sealed documents in a personal matter of one of his opponents opened causing the opponent to drop out of the race.

Gingrich: "Eighty-three charges were repudiated as false," he said, adding, "The one mistake was a letter by a lawyer I didn't read carefully."

Would that one be the Being within range of Bahgdad McDermutt's electronic surveilance equipement?

Jim—I have no idea at this point how things will play out for any party except the demrat party.

Here’s my take on the Pubbie candidates:

Gingrich. You may trot out all the history you want. But it does not trump the Newty/Pelosi gobal warming love seat ad. Nor does it trump the “thousands of pages of dirt Gingrich’s pal Pelosi has on him. Gingrich is owned by the demrats. Surely you don’t believe wife 2 and 3 were the only bimbos he dallied with. Moreover, why should I put my trust in a guy who says he can’t explain why he did that “incredibly dumb” thing with Pelosi. What other potential dumb things will he not be able to explain as president. Finally, Gingrich is a card carrying member of the politically elite gang that ushered in—by what they did and did not do—the wonderful world of American Marxism. Isn’t it time to give some fresh conservative people a chance to fix our country? I go back to that list you provided demonstrating Newty’s conservatism. Not one bit of it changed anything did it? We have a Marxist in the WH.

Romney. It would seem he is the guy the GOP RINO leadership and its demrat Marxist handlers want to run on Pubbie the ticket. Can’t get traction, but he keeps hanging in there because Pubbie RINOs assure him he will be “The One”.

That leaves the conservative candidates Bachmann and Santorum. They will not be allowed to run on the Pubbie ticket under any circumstances. Everything and anything will be done to kill their candidicies.

What’s to make of all this? It appears to me the Marxist demrats are maneuvering for a situation where Onada will have no competition for the presidency. Remember I said Romney seems to be the preferered RINO. I think once Gingrich and the rest of them are gone they’ll find a way to eliminate Romney at the very last moment. This is the only way to insure The Usurping Marxist Onada “wins”.

Marxists love one candidate elections so long as the “candidate” is theirs.

That’s the long answer to your question. Short answer is that I will not vote for a RINO ever again. I will not vote for Gingrich for the reasons stated above plus one more: If Gingrich is the conservative you believe he is, the RINOs will not allow him to be on the ticket. That should be obvious.

I will support the candidacy of Bachmann or Santorum as long as one of them stays in the race. Haven’t decided which one yet.

I sincerely doubt the baggage they have on Gingrich will be fatal. That stuff’s been out there for years and is well known, but Gingrich is still soaring in the polls, especially among tea party and conservative Republicans. The ethics charges against him didn’t pan out for the dems. That was just a nasty (and losing) partisan political attack. his marriages aren’t going to matter in this age of Obama. Hopefully, he’ll be able to smooth over his global warming missteps. If they succeed in bringing him down, we’re soon running out of options. No way am I going to support Romney.

Bachmann, Santorum, Perry? So far no go. And Paul can KMA!

But we know Gingrich is a serial philanderer, don’t we? And we know the demrats probably have stuff they dug up in the original ethics investigation and/or they’ll make it up. Truth isn’t important. Only planting the “where there’s smoke there’s fire seed”.

I believe the demrat game plan includes at least two strategies:

1. Destroy all Pubbie/conservative candidates in detail (military term for one after the other) so there is no one to run against Onada.

2. Not succeeding in that, the demrats next best hope is to make sure who ever runs on the Pubbie ticket is owned by them—one way or the other. As I have said, I believe they own Gingrich. These demrat attacks on Newt are strictly theater. Their express purpose is to fool sufficient numbers of conservatives into voting for him.

They seem to be on the same side on so many issues. It just seems like a fake fight designed to stir up support for Newt by using Pelosi hate.
