Because they are ALL hip-deep in the corruption of Washington. Step one in fixing America will be a total change in Congress (no one re-elected) along with a new president.
I think you can forget about ‘total change’ anytime in the near future. Might come, not when the citizens get fed up but when some foreign enemy gets pissed off enough to attack.
