Unless he drops out, endorses Gingrich, and turns his organization over to him along with the cash he has (not sure if this is legal).

I don’t think (at least I hope) he is not quitting. Setting up new organizational offices tells me he’s either in or endorsing another candidate.

I was wondering that, too, about his new campaign headquarters in Atlanta.

If Mr. Cain is quitting the race, why would he open a new campaign headquarters the same day?

It seems like the Herminator is in it to win it.
