Attorney Orly Taitz is demanding a rehearing before the New Hampshire Ballot Law Commission in her quest to get Barack Obama removed from the ballot in the important early primary state.

In a submission today to Secretary of State William Gardner, Taitz explains the request for a rehearing on a decision from a state agency is required in order for her to appeal the outcome to the state Supreme Court.

It was on Friday when the state board decided Obama's name is good to go on the state's 2012 presidential ballot because the application was filled out properly and the $1,000 fee was paid.

The Battle continues in NH. Orly also has a court date in Hawaii on November 30 and is awaiting a decision from the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals. Something tells me before Iowa, Obama/Soetoro/Shabazz's house of cards will collapse.

So: In other words if I pay $1,000 dollars and fill out the form correctly I could put Charles Manson on the New Hampshire ballot.

It seems to be the general “argument” on the left that since he was elected,
he must be legitimate.

Begs the question, obviously, but the entire leftist belief system is based on question begging, so they’d never see a problem with it.

Charlie is a natural born citizen, and there's noting in the constitutional requirements that mandates a non-felon.

agree.

but unfortunately taitz’ work seems to go nowhere.

it’s almost as if the rule of law doesn’t matter in this country anymore.

social norms, rules, laws are all up for grabs.

You menat to say "In other words if I pay $1,000 dollars and fill out the form correctly I could put Vladimer Putin on the New Hampshire ballot."

Putin is clearly not an NBC. But Dem logic would say he must be.

I watched the video of Orly Taitz in New Hampshire.

Her presentation was awful. She was argumentative, overly aggressive and all over the place.

She needs to get a skilled co-counsel to present her arguments.

She’s too close and too emotionally invested.

“You menat to say “In other words if I pay $1,000 dollars and fill out the form correctly I could put Vladimer Putin on the New Hampshire ballot.”

Let us take this a step further:

“You menat to say “In other words if I pay $1,000 dollars and fill out the form correctly I could put JOHN McCAIN on the New Hampshire ballot.”

The only hope we have is Sheriff Arpaio and his posse, and if he can’t find anything, it’s over.

What did Trump find? Nothing, even though he intimated he did.

yes, we support arpaio and have given him financial support.

but he’s under attack. the left got rid of state senator peace, and now will try to recall arpaio and jan brewer.

Arpaio is still popular with the people right? Even if they do recall him, there is nothing to stop the posse from continuing the investigation.
