why have laws when you have liberal judges always ready to intervene on the side of lawlessness?

When I heard that Bloomie had finally acted my first thought was some liberal New York judge will try to stop the City. Rush is right on target.

I say if anyone else dies or is raped, that this judge be charged as an accessory. How does that sound?

Just think, what if this was a Tea Party rally?
I'm sure this MARXIST judge would be on THEIR side.

This is ludicrous... one of America’s biggest problems, liberal activist judges who elevate one classes’ rights over another... this judge needs to be smacked down (figure of speech for you thought police)...

Well to give Bloomberg credit (which is hard). It appears he is kind of flying the bird at the judge. He released a statement saying that the park would remain closed while they “studied” the court order. Then to add insult to injury, he claimed he planned to reopen the park all along after the cleaning, but now was not going to until all the pending legal issues were resolved.

Why doesn’t the park or the city build a ten foot fence around the park...take away the drums (surely there must be a noise ordinance), and have police stationed at the entrances. Keep the sewer rats in their own sewer- out of sight, out of mind.

The lib judge appears to be confusing vested private property rights with the local government’s right to use it’s police power for public safety. That would get you an “F” in law school—if that’s even allowed anymore.

Maybe they should send the OWS pro-pesters to camp on the judge’s lawn.
