People who want Cain to be the nominee will call all the women who come forward liars. There really is no possible way to present evidence that would convince them otherwise.
At the moment, I think things will get worse for Cain as every misplaced joke, or misread social situation will come back to bite him.

The number of allegations is much less relevant than him having one, single, single, credible, provable allegation against him.
Put it this way: You could find 1000 women to say “Cain sexually harrassed me”. It doesn’t make any of them true. Until such time as that happens, he gets the benefit of the doubt. It’s the reason why you are innocent until proven guilty.
