Way to go Alabama. Standin proud in the heart of Dixie. Tell Holder where to get off. He’s a criminal himself and a traitor to this nation.

Thanks EdReform! From the article:
[Alabama AG Luther]Strange wrote in a letter to [asst US AG and eric holder gopher Thomas]Perez. "Your letter does not state your legal authority to demand the information or compel its production."
As much as it pains me to say it, ROLL TIDE!

I’m an SEC equal opportunity lady who lives in the PAC 12, or whatever, at present. Can’t wait to get back to the SEC.

Well then... my brothers in Alabama can corral those pedros to the border of Alabama and Mississippi and we will sandwich those armed mex invading terrorists until they are no more. We don't play down here... not even a little bit.

Heh,heh. I don't really have a dog in this hunt except to say I'd like to see the Great State of Alabama, along with a few other likeminded states, roll the federales. The more states become aware THEY have allowed themselves to be rolled by the feral government and all they need do to put a stop to this slow motion train wreck is get "organized" against leviathan .
In any case, to my great dismay and disappointment, this year ALL the Texas teams have fallen from the lofty heights of early expectations. Still in all, good to see Southron teams well represented in the college rankings.

Living within the confines of our Constitution: keeping the federal government out of what is rightfully granted to the states.
The federal government has no right interfering with the education of citizens of individual states. That right is granted, under the Constitution, to the individual states.

Unfortunately ladyjane, the Federal Government is the biggest opponent of Constitutional Law. I believe it’s time to get rid of the Federal Government, like the Declaration of Independence states is our right.

And you madam are, without doubt, a fine judge of character!!! A truly refined Southron Belle with a finely tuned and superior level of discernment. ;^)

Why, thank you very kindly! ;o)
What a great game! I was able to see the second half, and both teams acquitted themselves very well.
All in all...game of the year...and they both did the SEC very proud.

The Federal Department of Education pays about 6% of a state school education. It's money they took from the people in the first place. It's not the federal department of "education" that's paying it. The people they took it from are paying it. Then the feds can decide if you get it back or not depending on what hoops the states jumped to do whatever.
God, send us a president and congress with big enough gonads to dismantle the department of education.
