Abolish the Medicare Program altogether. Place another 408.00/month in every beneficiary’s Social Security Check which they MAY use if desired, toward a health insurance policy.
Scoff...but there;ll be more benefits in that scheme for the over 65 crowd than in any Medicare program in another 5-6years.

And it will never happen. All of the political tides seem to be taking this in the direction of MORE Federal funding, loan forgiveness, and “free” college in the future.
