Somebody screwed up.
What one person sees as completely irrelevant, another will see as being the Rosetta Stone. They accidentally made the Rosetta Stone of the terrorist attacks public.
The doc was a letter from UBl to Mullah Omar. It was listed as doc # AFGP-2002-600321 in the CTC at West Point Harmony Database.
In the doc UBL makes a passing statement “the news is 90% of the preparation for the battle”.
If you have a small scale terrorist attack you can carry it out based on what's in the news. For a large scale attack, like 9/11, you can't.
For a large scale attack you have to orchestrate the news for the attack because of the timing, and you also have to spin the news following the attack to achieve the objective of the attack.
The terrorist overseas don't have the ability to orchestrate the news before the attack much less follow up with the correct spin after the attack. The only people that can do that is the left.
Prior to each and every terrorist attack, attempted attack, or threat of attack since 1993, the left has always ginned up civil unrest, attempted to gin up civil unrest, or had a plan to gin up civil unrest. It never fails.

I have zero doubts, this civil unrest being ginned up by the left is the preparation for a major terrorist attack.
Like the socialists and communists, the left is also getting blatant about their friendship with Islam. Nothing is hidden, and everything is being revealed. The sheep are being separated from the goats.
The radical Marxists want everything around the world burnt to the ground. They want nothing left. They believe by doing that, everyone has a chance to start over, and the poor will finally have an equal chance to reach the top.
Unfortunately for them, they fail to take into consideration human nature. Some want to be cared for by others (L), some prefer to do things themselves (R). The producers will once again want to produce (R), and the sloth will want to continue living in sloth (L). In the end, everything will come back to what it is today. Their social experiment will have been a failure, and a lot of people will have suffered because of it.
There's a place in hell waiting for these people.
