You are full of cr@p as a Christmas goose! I have family in BP in Cali and yes the fence has worked. Problem is, it has driven the crossings to areas where we HAVE NO FENCE OR ANY OTHER CREDIBLE BARRIER!!! You are a PUTZ! ...or maybe just love to push RAT border policy.
