It’s Herman Cain 43%, Barack Obama 41% in the latest Rasmussen Poll. This is the first national poll to show Cain ahead of the president. While this is within the margin of error, it is further evidence of what a great month Herman Cain has had since the second debate in September. The wind is at his back as he heads into tomorrow night’s debate. A quick scan inside the numbers:

Men like Cain, 48%-42%.

Among the ladies, Cain is down, 37%-41%.

Among those 65 and older, Cain is 50%-34%.

Among those under 30, Cain is down 35%-50%.

Cain gets only 4% of the black vote, but leads among whites by 15 points.
