Some people want drugs legalised.

Yes: That will bring flames.

Life is hard, it’s even harder when you are stupid.

Some people want drugs legalised.

The legal drugs will never bring the thrill of the illegal drugs. That is something the liberals/libertarians never want to discuss.

I do not favor the drug war, either. I favor holding individuals accountable for their actions.

Here’s a more proper link to the Wikipedia article.

Make this available freely (change the name of course) and the major part of the addiction problem in this country is solved with just a couple of years.

And some people still support that ill-begotten stepchild of the New Deal laughably known as the Drug War.

When the nanny/welfare state begins to sink of its own weight, the WOD will sink right along with it.

Basically, this drug is a homebrew. It’s component ingredients are:

1) Terpincod (an over-the-counter codeine available in Russia, etc)

2) Mr. Muscle (a monoethanolamine-based oven cleaner)

3) Hydrochloric acid

4) Gasoline

Sound just peachy, doesn’t it? Seeing as it’s made from common ingredients, I imagine it’s easy to manufacture, and thus pretty inexpensive. Looking at the list of ingredients, there’s really nothing there you should be putting in your body, aside from the codeine, which is fairly normal painkiller, and harmless enough provided you’re not abusing it.

Ask any 16 year old to go get you drugs.....they can get them at school in 10 minutes.

Now, ask that same kid to go get you beer.....he will have a VERY difficult time.

It is MUCH easier for any teenager to get drugs than it is to get beer...because beer is legal and regulated.

So, as with ALL "liberal" thought, you accomplish the EXACT OPPOSITE of your intent with your nanny state solutions.

And, this doesn't even include the lost tax revenue.

The War on Some Drugs is about the most evil "war on" ever devised. And, furthermore, anyone who supports it is one of Lenin's "useful idiots" - fighting AGAINST freedom "for the children".

"It could be that the purpose of your life is to serve as a warning to others."

And yes, this drug has been around a while. Note, that this was concocted as a pseudo-heroine because of the illegality of actual heroine.

Same for meth.

And "bath salts", and X, and "incense", and ...

Meanwhile, non-drug users like me can't buy certain weighlifting supplements or Tylenol3 like they can in almost every other Country on the planet.

(sarc)Yep. The Drug war is working GREAT!(/sarc)
