I believe that Holder will be the sacrificial lamb on this one; even though, I believe, with every fiber of my being, that this mess goes all the way to the top. Holder set this mess into motion, there is no doubt about it.
If Obama was out personally peddling the phony “90% of Mexican guns come from the U.S.” statistic before the F&F operation went down, wouldn’t it be natural and expected that Holder and people in the WH would have discussed the activities of the federal government in respect of the guns-to-Mexico issue with Obama?
If, knowing of his interest in this matter, they DIDN’T tell him about this, then what DO they tell him?

This partisan hack should never have been confirmed by Congress in the first place. In these articles they still give Holder the benefit of doubt whenever they can. Instead of saying Holder knew as early as a certain date the more accurate statement should be he knew at least as early as date given. There is strong circumstancial evidence that he knew about it right from the start as he and Obama cooked the whole thing up, maybe with Hillary’s input.

There is absolutely no doubt that he’d be indicted if he were a Republican. Indicted and convicted.
I don’t think he’ll be indicted by the liberal establishment, though, and he certainly won’t be convicted by a DC jury.
I wonder what the statute of limitation is for perjury in DC?
