No one goes after drug cartels by arming them... especially with weapons that lack tracking devices.

Tracking devices? I cannot imagine the ATF or FBI or (fill-in the blank agency) being remotely smart enough to do something like this. Typical excuses: (1) it costs too much, (2) the batteries aren't included and cost too much, (3) there's a long lead time on the tracker, (4) the tracker isn't in our system and we'll have to buy on the open market, (5) did I say they are expensive?

The problem is we have at least eight government agencies and departments that should be charged under RICO; they've operated exactly like organized crime families. But, the Mafia thugs look like rocket scientists when compared to the best and brightest in our government's Executive Branch.
