Apparently, in Europe, you can be considered to be under arrest at all times.

Anybody else feel a twinge of nervous doubt when they hear the term “hate speech”.

The entire concept is easy to twist so that it may impose censhorship.

Is speech that upsets or offends people to be considered hate speech?

If so, the potential exists to ban anything because literally anything can cause a person to feel offended.
