My understanding is that the vast majority of Harvard Law Students score in the upper 1% of those who take the exam (certain minorities excepted of course). Now we know that Obama is NOT a humble man. If he had scored in the upper 1% of those taking the Law Boards we would know about it- big time. Excellent point, and it makes one even more curious as to who exactly pulled the strings here.
