This storm is big as the outer bands are pushing all the way to the Smokies.

I don’t get it. How do they know how much rain will fall into the ocean?

By the looks of that map, I’ll need to prep two sump pumps for the cellar.

I’m in that light green in the southwest corner of NC.

We were told to expect wind from the storm, but no precipitation.

But we’re light green on the map, and sure enough, we had rain an hour ago! Not much, but it’s a welcome change from the storms circling around us, or splitting to go to either side of us....
