What he did was bad as a matter of principle and since the 2007 controversy questions have been raised about the drug’s safety.
There was a campaign contribution to Perry from the company that made the drug (6,000 dollars).
A lot of money is now being gathered to fund his presidential campaign. Who is it from and what are the contributors going to get in return.

You think $6000 contributions pull this much sway? Each individual can give $5000 adding primary and general election max amounts. I seriously doubt any governor is making major policy changes for $6000.
