If by “poor” you mean: have a roof over their heads, at least one car per household, clothes, a cell phone, a computer, at least one TV, AC during the summer, heat during the winter, and food. Because that’s the “working class poor” as it is defined in the US and UK.
Screw their attitude. I work around 70hrs a week running my own business, with all the risk and sacrifice that involves. I AM THE WORKING CLASS, not some drip clocking 35hrs a week at the 7-11.
