HAMILTON - A man convicted of murder through HIV transmission could spend the rest of his life in jail after an Ontario court ruled Tuesday that he can't be trusted to disclose his condition to future sexual partners.
Justice Thomas Lofchik granted the Crown's request to have Johnson Aziga declared a dangerous offender, a designation that means he could be jailed indefinitely. "I must consider that the offender has a multi-year history of deception," Lofchik told the court.
Aziga, believed to be the first person in Canada convicted of murder through the spread of HIV, has sworn to warn potential sexual partners that he is HIV positive, but to take him at his word would be "a gamble on the safety of women in this community," Lofchik said. Aziga, a 55-year-old Ugandan immigrant from Hamilton, was convicted in 2009 of two counts of first-degree murder, 10 counts of aggravated sexual assault and one count of attempted aggravated sexual assault.
He will serve a life sentence without the possibility of parole for 25 years for the murder convictions.

How many of those out-of-wedlock babies are now being supported by taxpayers?
How much has HIV medical care, for those babies, those women and the dirtbag "father," cost Canadian taxpayers?
And now the Ugandan - who almost certainly entered Canada on an asylum sham - wants to renounce his Canadian citizenship and serve his sentence in Uganda.

HIV usually isn’t so virulent that one automatically catch’s it from a sexual encounter, is his strain exceptionally virulent? If 11 contacted HIV how many has he had sex with and why? They obviously saw something in this man that doesn’t show in the picture.
It amazes me that two women died from HIV associated cancer that they caught from this Typhoid Mary SOB and yet he seems fine. What is keeping him alive? How much will his treatments cost the Government?

Those are some good questions. I guess they will never know how many he infected, and really it doesn’t matter to the justice system. They nailed him for the two that died and the 11 that they found.
How much will it cost for his treatment? Same as in the US - a small fortune.
